Board of Directors
CIRA's Board of Directors is responsible for managing the business and affairs of CIRA. There are currently fifteen Directors.
- Twelve are elected by CIRA Members.
- Three ex-officio Directors have non-voting positions—the President of the Corporation, a representative of the Government of Canada, and John Demco, who helped establish the dot-ca domain as well as CIRA.
