How many directors are there on CIRA’s Board of Directors?

There are 15 directors on CIRA's Board of Directors. Twelve are elected and hold voting seats. The other three, called ex-officio members of the Board, are appointed. They include CIRA's President and CEO, a Government of Canada representative and John Demco, the founder of .CA.
